My journey in the estimating scene started during my college years, but was in 2014 when I landed my first job in the USA as a Project Estimator; and after that I worked as an in-house Construction Estimator on different trades.

In 2020 I decided to create my LLC and provide services as a Freelance estimator. Since then, I have worked with clients from all around the country which has been a great experience for me because it taugh me how the construction process and their costs has to be adapted based on the location. 

 

But now, and since I have lived in Youngsville for almost 3 years, I would like to work more locally; that way I can be closer to my clients and at a reach to them when needed.

I am sure that managing a Construction Company adds too much pressure, and its success will depend on the interaction between all the people involved. By delegating the takeoff process to a third party, will make the other team members to focus on what's really important to them without getting distracted by things that they don't have to do with.
